Through collaborative efforts, TCU Nutritional Sciences and TCU Dining are cooking
up success. Their Allergy-Friendly Bake-off, part of the student-driven Healthy Frog
program, has won the 2024 Most Innovative Wellness and Nutrition Program of the Year
by the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS). Thirty
TCU nutrition students competed to create top allergen-free desserts for the award-winning
Magnolias Zero 7. This initiative underscores TCU Nutritional Sciences and TCU Dining's
commitment to student development and hands-on learning in health, wellness and culinary
arts.
