Ranch Management Associate Professor of Professional Practice Announcement, Mr. Lee A. Knox (Sept 2024)
Please join us in welcoming Ranch Management Associate Professor of Professional Practice, Mr. Lee A. Knox. Mr. Knox previously worked with the USDA-NRCS for 20 years. Prior to that he worked as a County Extension Agent for Texas A&M Agrilife Extension. Lee received a BS in Range Management from Texas A&M University and an MS in Range Science from New Mexico State University. He is a Director with TSSRM Youth Range Workshop and maintains professional partnerships with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Texas Grazing Land Coalition, and Texas Forest Service to name a few. Lee currently operates a commercial heifer development and cow/calf enterprise on 8 sections near Abilene with his wife and daughter.
