We Encourage Student Research

Our Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC) grants provide student funding for about 70 projects annually. Applications are taken twice a year for grants of up to $1500 per student project.

The annual Michael and Sally McCracken Student Research Symposium is an interdisciplinary catered social event for undergraduate and graduate student researchers featuring awards and live entertainment.
