Kayla Green, Ph.D., chemistry professor and assistant dean of undergraduate affairs at the Louise Dilworth Davis College of Science & Engineering, has been recently honored to represent TCU among this year’s Big 12 Faculty of the Year honorees. Green was chosen in part for her international reputation in the field of inorganic chemistry as applied to neurodegenerative diseases and catalysis, as well as her leadership in a growing research program that has brought in more than $2.5 million in external support.

The Big 12 Faculty of the Year Award honors outstanding faculty who excel in innovation and research at each of the athletic conference’s 16 universities. Honorees represent and reflect the best attributes that make a Big 12 college campus a bastion for learning and growth.
