Molding Melanin Magic is a mentoring program established by STEM Scholar Kayla Thomas
to empower and support minority females as they embark on their careers in the STEM
field.

they enjoyed quality time with each other.

The first cohort of STEM Scholars shows their Frog pride after experiencing a presentation
by industry professional Xavier Madison. Madison shared his professional journey and
presented the many different paths available in engineering professions.
Xavier Madison retuned to campus to speak to the second cohort of STEM Scholars. Scholars
were able to see the type of work that the Tuner Construction Company undertakes by
taking a tour of the construction site of the Amon G. Carter Stadium expansion project.
