Geometry & Geometric Analysis Seminar
The Geometry and Geometric Analysis (GAGA) Seminar is an opportunity for geometers, topologists, and others from TCU and other campuses to learn about new topics of mutual interest. GAGA meets most weeks during the school year. You can find notes from past talks at the GAGA Note Repository, located in a secure off-campus location.
The Fall 2025 GaGA seminar is Tuesdays at 4 pm in TUC 352 on TCU campus, and also the seminar will be available on zoom. Contact Ken Richardson for the link.
Current series of GaGA talks, starting November 4:
Speaker: Ken Richardson (TCU)
Title: Identities on Kähler and Sasaki manifolds
Abstract: I will begin with an introduction to Kähler manifolds and will derive the Kähler identities,
with topological and geometric consequences. Then I will generalize the results to
Sasaki manifolds, odd-dimensional analogues of Kähler manifolds. This is joint work
with Georges Habib and Robert Wolak. I will make the discussion and lectures as basic
as possible.
